We were a couple with a six month old baby looking to move home over the Christmas period which (as you can imagine) was not the easiest of times. After being let down numerous times by other high street agents, we came across a property that Nicholas Jones Residential was advertising that we loved the look of from the pictures. We were keen to view as soon as possible. Nick, despite being at capacity for the day, went above and beyond and booked us in for a viewing out of hours for that same day. We fell in love with the house and decided to go ahead. From the initial viewing to the handover of keys, Nick went out of his way to meet us in convenient places for different Right to Rent checks, and the signing of Tenancy Agreements and ALWAYS responded promptly to any questions we had for our Landlords. He showed not only professionalism and expertise but also a genuine care for our family in what would have otherwise been a difficult and expensive move had we chosen to rent through another agent. Three years later, despite our home being Let Only, Nick is always there to answer any queries we have. I can not recommend Nicholas Jones Residential highly enough.
