Nick Jones, the founder of Nicholas Jones Residential, is well respected within the Oxford property market with more than 20 years experience of working in lettings and property management on both a local and national level, looking after both private and corporate Landlords. He is a Fellow grade member of ARLA Propertymark and Member of NAEA and is uniquely qualified having worked in a senior position for some of the most respected letting agents in Oxfordshire during his career. Nick is married and has one daughter and lives in a village with his family just outside Oxford City. Nick is a keen networker and is a member of Oxford Round Table regularly helping at and taking part in events to raise money for local causes and charities. Nick is taking part in the 2022 Twin Town Challenge to raise money for the brilliant charity “Special Effect”

Debbie started her business career straight from school working in accounts for a printing company, she moved on to work for the NHS in mental health and trained as a councillor and ran their helpline.

In 1999 when her husband started up his own property maintenance business she gave up her job to work alongside him, she later provided freelance property management services to a local letting agency and has been assisting Nicholas Jones Residential since early 2020. “I enjoy the varied roles and challenges this job brings and I enjoy learning about the lettings side of the business.
