SHORT LET - One of two fully furnished and equipped two bedroom apartments situated over 3 floors within a few minutes walk of Oxford City Centre, tucked away in a quiet location. An ideal base for visitors to the city or visiting professionals or academics. One minutes walk from local shops and bus links to Oxford City Centre, London and the airports. Minimum booking 5 nights. Suitable for up to 4 occupants. Please note there is no parking with this apartment however we can arrange parking in a neighbouring car park for £5 per night. There are also time limited spaces available on surrounding roads for visitors.
The accommodation comprises: Entrance hall with stairs to the first floor. Reception room to the front with modern designed furniture including single sofa bed, wall mounted TV and occasional tables, circular dining table and chair. Fitted kitchen with a range of storage units, integrated oven and electric hob. Under unit fridge. Shower room with sink WC and shower cubicle. First floor bedroom with a day bed and hanging space, stairway to second floor loft bedroom with a small double size bed and hanging space. Linen and towels provided. Wifi Enabled.
St Clements is located to the east of Oxford City Centre on the edge of the River Cherwell and features South Park a 50 acre public green space with numerous trails and walks, as well as a range of local shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants and a Sainsbury's supermarket. Vibrant Cowley Road is a minutes walk away and offers a wide variety of restaurants, takeaways, cafes, a cinema and supermarkets. For those that would prefer not to walk there are buses that run frequently into the City centre and there is a 24 hour coach service to London within a minutes walk of the apartment.
Oxford is famous for its University Colleges, its architecture and the beautiful countryside which surrounds the City, all of which can be easily explored from this location.
Minimum booking 5 nights, The Rate is inclusive of all utility costs.

Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person including any guarantor(s) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right to Rent check, provide materially significant false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and/or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing).
Security Deposit (Per Tenancy Rent Under £50,000 Per Year)
Five weeks Rent – This covers damages or defaults on the part of the tenant during the tenancy.
Interest at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate from Rent Due Date until paid in order to pursue non payment of rent. Please Note this will not be levied until the rent is more than 14 days in arrears.
Lost Keys or Other Security Devices
Tenants are liable to the actual cost of replacing any lost keys or other security devices. If the loss results in locks needing to be changed, the actual costs of a locksmith, new lock and replacement keys for the tenant, landlord and any other persons requiring keys will be charged to the tenant. If extra costs are incurred there will be a charge of £15 per hour (inc. VAT) for the time taken replacing lost keys or other security devices.
Variation of Contract (Tenant’s Request)
£50 (inc. VAT) per agreed variation. To cover the costs associated with taking landlord’s instructions as well as the preparation and execution of new legal documents.
Change of Sharer (Tenant’s Request)
£50 (inc. VAT) per replacement tenant or any reasonable costs incurred if higher. To cover the costs associated with taking landlord’s instructions, new tenant referencing and Right to Rent checks, deposit registration as well as the preparation and execution of new legal documents.
Early Termination (Tenant’s Request)
Should the tenant wish to leave their contract early, they shall be liable to the landlord’s costs in reletting the property as well as all the rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy.
